4. Enquiries and IT audit requests
Sending a message or requesting an IT audit does not create a contract and does not oblige FortisTeach to accept a project.
Any initial estimate, timeline, recommendation or website description is preliminary unless confirmed in a written quotation, proposal or agreement. Final scope, compatibility, equipment, price, taxes, schedule, warranty and support terms may depend on a consultation, site survey and technical review.
You are responsible for providing accurate and sufficiently complete information about your property, infrastructure, systems and requirements.
5. Services and separate agreements
Actual projects and ongoing services are governed by the accepted proposal, quotation, statement of work, service agreement or other written terms. If those terms conflict with these website Terms, the project-specific written terms control for that service.
Service availability, pricing and timelines may vary according to project scope, location, technical requirements and equipment availability.
6. Equipment, integrations and compatibility
Technology solutions may depend on third-party equipment, software, licences, internet connectivity, electrical power, property conditions, manufacturer support and customer cooperation.
Compatibility and final configuration must be confirmed during technical assessment. Images, diagrams and product renders are illustrative and actual products or installations may differ.
